1 cup Maple Syrup
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp table salt
Large Bowl 2
1 1/4 cup or 6 1/4 oz All Purpose Flour
3 tbs sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp table salt
Medium Bowl 3
2/3 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mini Bowl 4
6 tbs unsalted butter melted

OVEN Medium Saucepan 2 cup liquid measuring cup 8-inch square baking dish Baking Sheet Spatula Toothpick Wire Rack or Place to let cool
Adjust Oven rack 6 inches from top of oven
Heat Oven 375 F Degrees
Heat 1 UNTIL simmering Medium Heat; About 5 mins
Off Heat/Whisk To combine
Transfer Sauce To heatproof 2 cup liquid measuring cup
Whisk 2
Whisk 3 UNTIL combined
Whisk Milk Mixture into Flour Mixture UNTIL combined
Add/Whisk 4 UNTIL smooth
Transfer Batter To a 8 inch baking dish set in rimmed baking sheet
Spread Batter Into even layer with spatula
Pour Syrup Mixture Down Corner of dish so it flows gently over the top of the batter
Bake Pouding UNTIL deep golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean 30-35 mins.
Cool Pouding On wire rack About 10 mins.
SERVE Scoop onto plate making sure you invert the pudding so sauce is on top
