Bacon [Large Nonstick Skillet]

  • 1 pack bacon, cut into small strips

Buzzed Vegetables [Medium Food Processor]

  • 1 large yellow onion, buzzed
  • 2 celery stalks, rinsed and buzzed, keep leaves on if available
  • 1/2 cup parsley, buzzed

Butter [Small Bowl]

  • 1 stick unsalted butter

Seasoning Mix [Mini Bowl]

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning

Cracker Base [Large Bowl]

  • 4 sleeves unsalted soda crackers, crushed into small pieces with some visible cracker pieces remaining
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning

Broth [Measuring Cup]

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  1. Heat the large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the Bacon and cook until the bacon has released its fat and is cooked but not crispy.
  3. Transfer the cooked bacon to a small bowl and leave the bacon fat in the skillet.
  4. Add the Buzzed Vegetables to the skillet and cook until the onion and celery are very soft.
  5. Add the Butter and Seasoning Mix and cook until fully combined with the onion-celery mixture.
  6. Add the onion mixture and the cooked bacon to the Cracker Base.
  7. Use the wooden spoon to combine until the onion mixture and bacon are evenly distributed through the crackers.
  8. Add the Broth slowly, mixing and moistening the cracker mixture about 1/4 cup at a time.
  9. Continue moistening until you can grab the stuffing mixture and it holds together.
  10. Taste the stuffing and adjust with more salt, pepper, broth, or poultry seasoning until you are happy with the flavor.
