| 1 stick unsalted butter |
| Mini Bowl | 4 |
| 1 tsp salt | |
| 1/2 tsp ground black pepper | |
| 1 tsp poultry seasoning |
| Large Bowl | 5 |
| 4 sleeves Unsalted soda crackers | crushed into small pieces, but there should still be visible pieces of cracker |
| 2 tsp poultry seasoning |

| Cook | Bacon | UNTIL bacon has released its fat and is cooked but not crispy | |
| Set Aside | Cooked Bacon | in a Small Bowl | Leave Fat in Pan |
| Add/Cook | 2 and 3 | UNTIL onions and celery are very soft | |
| Add/Cook | 4 | UNTIL fully combined with onion/celery mixture | |
| Add/Combine | Onion Mixture and Cooked Bacon to 5 | Using Wooden Spoon UNTIL onion mixture and bacon is evenly combined throughout the crackers | |
| Add/Mix | 6 to Cracker Mixture | Slowly add, mixing and getting cracker mixture moist | 1/4 c. at a time |
