2 eggs lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
9-inch deep dish uncooked pie crust 3
1 pie crust
Small Bowl 4
1/4 c. unsalted butter cold and diced into pea size pieces

Preheat Oven 350 F Degrees
Mix 1

Gradually Add Flour Mixture to Egg Mixture
Place Cookie Sheet under 3

Cook Pie UNTIL outside edges are firm and center is slightly jelly like. 45 to 50 mins
