| 2 1/4 tsp quick rise or instant yeast | |
| 1 tbs kosher salt |

| 2-3 tbs butter | Rub butter evenly over bottom and sides of your pan |

| 2-3 tbs rosemary | Your preference how much to use. Can be any herb such as Italian Seasoning |
