Large Bowl 1
625 g all purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp quick rise or instant yeast
1 tbs kosher salt
Measuring Cup 2
2 1/2 c. warm water Use thermometer to check that it is at least 115 F
2 tsp honey (can use sugar if you have no honey)
Large Bowl 3
4 tbs olive oil
13 X 9 Baking Pan or 18x13" Rimmed Baking Sheet 4
2-3 tbs butter Rub butter evenly over bottom and sides of your pan
Mini Bowl 5
Coarse Salt To taste
2-3 tbs rosemary Your preference how much to use. Can be any herb such as Italian Seasoning
Olive Oil Drizzle on top before baking

Scale; Baking Pan (18x13" rimmed baking sheet or 13X9 baking pan); spatula; OVEN; plastic wrap; whisk; spatula; Instant Read Thermometer
DO WITH HOW IMPORTANT
Whisk 1 UNTIL thoroughly blended
Whisk 2 Until honey or sugar has dissolved
Add 2 to 1
Mix the dough Using spatula until flour is incorporated and dough is sticky and shaggy
Transfer the dough to 3 Using spatula to scrape all the dough into the large bowl
Turn the dough By dipping your fingers in olive oil then gently turn the down so it has been covered in olive oil
Cover the dough With plastic wrap or lid
Place the dough Warm place
Rise the dough Until double in size At least 2 hours
Preheat the oven 450 F
Transfer the dough to 4
Make Dimples the dough in the baking pan Using oil fingers gently press your fingers into the dough to make dimples over the whole bread Push your fingers to the bottom of the pan
Drizzle 5 Evenly over the bread To taste and your preference
Bake the dough 20 to 30 mins
Slice/Serve
