Buzz | UNTIL finely chopped | Chop Setting | |
Add/Pulse | To food processor, turn machine on/off UNTIL tomatoes are coarsely chopped | Pulse | |

Transfer/Cover | Salsa | To serving and dish and cover with plastic wrap | |

FOR THE CHIPS | |||
Increase | Medium High Heat | ||
Test/Add | 1 wedge to | UNTIL wedge is sizzling | |
Add/Fry | 10 at a time UNTIL chips are light golden brown | Chips will get darker after they have been removed | |
Remove/Transfer | Chips | Using Wire Skimmer and put in large bowl with paper towels | |
Sprinkle | On the chips to taste | ||
Add/Fry/Repeat | Next batch of wedges UNTIL all chips are fried and salted | ||
