1 tbs soya sauce
1 tbs toasted sesame oil
1 tbs chili garlic sauce
1/2 tsp table salt
Large Dutch Oven
8 c. chicken broth
2 tsp fresh ginger grated
3/4 tsp table salt
Large Cutting Board
6 heads Baby Bok Choy halved and cut into 1 inch pieces
Small Cutting Board
25-30 Wonton Wrappers (half the pack) Cut into 3/4-inch-wide strips

4 Green Part Green Onions/Scallions Sliced thin

Rimmed Baking Sheet Plastic Wrap Large Dutch Oven
DO WITH HOW IMPORTANT
For the Meatballs
Combine
Form Mixture Into meatballs and place on rimmed baking sheet 1-inch-meatballs (30 to 35)
Arrange/Cover/Refrigerate Meatballs Onto Rimmed Baking and cover with plastic wrap Can refrigerate for up to 24 hours
For The Soup
Bring To a Boil Medium HIgh Heat
Add/Return To a boil
Stir 1 Handful at a time
Add/Cover Meatballs to the soup Carefully to the pot and cover with lid
Cook Meatballs in Soup UNTIL cooked through 3 to 5 mins
Stir
Season To Taste
SERVE With some extra chili-garlic sauce
