Fondue Pot or Medium Pot 1
1 Garlic Clove Cut in half
3/4 c. Scoop 2
3/4 c. scoop Lager (Stella or Heineken)
Medium Bowl 3
3 c. old cheddar shredded
1 tbs all purpose flour
1 tbs Dijon mustard
Bottle of Tabasco 4
1 Dash Tabasco

TOOLS
Fondue Pot or Medium Pot Whisk
DO WITH HOW IMPORTANT
Rub 1 Garlic inside of pot to coat with cut side of garlic
Pour/Warm 2 UNTIL Hot Medium High Heat
Add/Whisk 3 Gradually to the hot beer
Stir Cheese and Beer Mixture UNTIL thickened
Add 4 1 Dash or To Taste
SERVE Cut up a baguette, warm soft pretzel or cubed French Loaf Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper, to taste
