Tomato Topping [Large Bowl]

  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 3 cloves garlic, buzzed or minced
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes

Brie [Cast Iron Skillet]

  • 1 brie wheel

Basil Finish [Mini Bowl]

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, rolled and thinly sliced

Balsamic Glaze [Bottle or Small Bowl]

  • Balsamic glaze

Baguette Slices [Cookie Sheet]

  • 1 baguette, cut into 1-inch slices
  • Extra virgin olive oil, drizzled onto both sides of baguette slices

๐Ÿณ Cast iron skillet
๐Ÿช Cookie sheet
๐Ÿ”ฅ Oven or BBQ
๐Ÿฅฃ Large bowl
  1. Heat the oven or BBQ to 350ยฐF.
  2. Combine the Tomato Topping and toss until evenly mixed.
  3. Place the Brie in the cast iron skillet.
  4. Top the brie evenly with the Tomato Topping.
  5. Arrange the Baguette Slices on the cookie sheet.
  6. Place the skillet and cookie sheet in the hot oven or BBQ.
  7. Bake until the cheese is melted and soft when checked with a small slit in the side, and the baguette slices are toasted, about 20 minutes.
  8. Remove the brie and baguette slices from the oven or BBQ.
  9. Top the baked brie evenly with the Basil Finish.
  10. Drizzle the Balsamic Glaze evenly over the cheese.
