  • 🫒 1/2 cup good quality olive oil
  • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
  • 🌶️ Pepper, to taste

🔪 MISE IT

Processor Base [Mini Food Processor]

  • 🧅 1 small shallot
  • 🥄 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 🍋 1 lemon, fully squeezed
  • 🍷 1/2 tbsp red or white wine vinegar
  • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
  • 🌶️ Pepper, to taste

Oil [1/2 Cup Scoop]

  • 🫒 1/2 cup olive oil

🍳 MAKE IT

🛠️ Tools: mini food processor with oil dispenser in the lid

  1. Place the shallot, Dijon mustard, fully squeezed lemon juice, wine vinegar, salt, and pepper into the mini food processor.
  2. Place the lid on the mini food processor.
  3. Run the food processor while slowly dispensing the olive oil through the lid.
  4. Continue running until all of the olive oil has been added and the vinaigrette is emulsified.
  5. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper as needed.
