What to Include

The more information you can provide, the easier it is for us to reproduce and resolve the problem.

  • A brief description of what happened.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • The steps you took before the issue occurred.
  • The recipe or Make-A-Meal involved, if applicable.
  • The website or URL you were importing from, if applicable.
  • Any error message you received.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings whenever possible.

Helpful Information

If you're reporting a technical problem, please include:

  • Your device, such as iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or tablet.
  • Your operating system version, if known.
  • Your Mise It app version.
  • Your Installation ID shown at the bottom of the Profile screen.

Including this information can significantly reduce the time needed to diagnose technical issues.
